I can't log in to my Quby account. What should I do?
  • If your login email ends with @icm-institute.org: Use SSO to log in.
  • If your login email is anything else:
    • If this is your first time logging in since the new Quby release: You need to reset your password. Click “Lost password” and enter your email address. Note: the reset link is valid for 3 days. If it expires, you must repeat the procedure to receive a new link.
    • If the issue persists: contact the Quby support team at quby@icm-institute.org.
I forgot my password

Click on Lost password on the login page and follow the instructions sent by e-mail.

Note: the link is only valid for 10 minutes. After this period, you will need to request a new one.

Why haven't I received the instructions to reset my password?

First, make sure the email address you entered is correct. Then check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t receive anything, your email may not be registered in our system — please contact the Quby support team at quby@icm-institute.org.

How can I create an account on Quby?

If you have an ICM e-mail address, you can log in directly using SSO. If you do not have an ICM e-mail address, please contact the Quby support team at quby@icm-institute.org, who will guide you through the registration process.

How can I delete my Quby account?

Please contact the Quby support team at quby@icm-institute.org — they will securely remove your account for you.
